- LBLaura ButlerOct 15, 20241.0When in the craigavon store the phone I wanted wasn’t in stock and advised to go to Lurgan as they had it in store and the store was opening at 10am, I got into the Tesco mobile store in Lurgan at 10am and sat for 40 minutes, no one came near me and there was no staff about. I approached customer services and a staff member twice and was told they’d get back to me - no one did. Eventually I had to just get up and leave, I’m heavily pregnant and can barely walk so going into store was last option as I needed a phone today due to my phone breaking. I had my money ready to purchase the phone but had to walk out and have took my business else where. Why is it advertised that this store opens 10am-6pm and not one person was able to come near me. Really disappointing and they’ve lost out 600+ for the iPhone I wanted to purchase.
